HomebakersPk is an online marketplace that connects customers with independent home bakers.
We do not bake, sell, or deliver products directly.
All transactions, pricing, and delivery arrangements are handled between the customer and the baker.

Vendor Responsibility (For Bakers)

• Bakers are fully responsible for the quality, hygiene, and timely delivery of their products.
• Bakers must provide accurate information (photos, prices, ingredients).
• HomebakersPk is not liable for disputes or complaints.

Customer Responsibility (For Buyers)

• Customers must verify order details, pricing, and delivery directly with the baker.
• Refunds and payments are between customer and baker.
• HomebakersPk is not responsible for late deliveries or quality issues.

Images & Content Disclaimer

• Some images may be stock or inspiration photos.
• Bakers are responsible for uploading content they own or have rights to.
• If any image is used without credit, we will add credit or remove it upon request.

Payment & Subscription Policy

• Vendor subscriptions (Basic, Standard, Premium) are billed according to plan.
• Subscription payments are non-refundable, except if a technical issue prevents activation.
• Customers never pay HomebakersPk directly for cakes.

Limitation of Liability

HomebakersPk is not responsible for disputes, damages, or losses between customers and bakers.
Our role is only to provide a digital platform for connection.

Community Values

Any misuse (fraud, fake listings, abuse) may result in removal.
