This policy applies to all vendor subscriptions (Basic, Standard, Premium).

Free Package

• The Basic package is free and requires no payment.

Paid Subscriptions

• Standard and Premium packages are non-refundable once activated.
• Refunds are only possible if a technical error prevents your listing from going live.

Customer Orders

• Customers do not pay HomebakersPk directly for cakes.
• Refunds or cancellations for cake orders are handled directly between the customer and the baker.
• HomebakersPk is not responsible for payments, delays, or refunds for cake orders.
